The experienced MSC project management team are involved with each contract from the initial bidding process right through to competition. This allows for a consistent, smooth running process and a happy client.
The project team includes the Managing Director, Commercial Director and Quantity Surveyor as well as the Site Managers and installation teams, all on hand to listen to the client’s on-going feedback and sometimes changing needs.
This team remains involved with a project on a daily basis to ensure the work standards remain high. They hold regular project meetings to ensure good team communications between the multiple trades on site and of course it is company policy to also hold weekly vital health and safety meetings.
